Need emissions certificate - where to get?

Hello everybody!
I have recently bought an old London black cab (Carbodies Fairway, 1994) and have exported it to Germany.
Now I need some kind of certificate about the emission system, basically just saying that it's Euro3 compliant.
Is there some central register where I could get that from, as I haven't received any paperwork other than the V5 from the seller.

I don't think the FX4 and Fairway are Euro3 compliant:

Thanks for your reply. According to some law, all taxis in London had to be made Euro3-compliant some years ago, I think in 2007. The cab I bought was in use until a few weeks ago, which is why I was assuming that it has Euro3.
I am in contact with the seller, but wanted to see what else I could find out...

I find myself in the very same situation here in Italy.
I know that my cab is fitted with the stt emtec cleancab system which complies with euro3 standards. I have so far contacted them, their distributors and the PCO and am still waiting reply.
Let me know if you are able to get any info, i will post here if i get a reply.

Whats it being used for? Many German towns and cities ban diesel vehicles over a certain age(V8's are OK!)and require the car to display a sticker http://www.umwelt-plakette.de/englis_informations....
You need to get the European Certificate of Conformity (ECOC) or the British Type Approval Certificate. If the seller doesn't have it he (or the person that originally registered it on UK plates) will have presented the certificate to the DVLA.
The DVLA should have this on their records so should be able to supply you a copy if you request it.

Certificates of Conformity (CoC) are proverbially a nightmare. My UK registered (from new) CoC is not acceptable to the French. I need a letter from a local Mercedes dealer that the car conforms, then I send this with a cheque for 200 euros to Mercedes France who then will graciously issue me with the French version so the car can be registered in France. I have no idea how it goes in Germany and Italy, but looking at the conversions it wouldn't get a pass here because it is modified (albeit for a proper reason) and does not conform to the vehicle as it came out of the factory. Catch 22.
It's been a while since I posted, and I still haven't come much further. I spoke with the DVLA on the phone, but also paid my local office a visit. Both told me that they don't keep any copies of the conformity certificates, and the only way of getting one is from the manufacturer. As LTI is in administration, or doesn't exist as it did before, all I could do is to find another owner, or an owner's club, and get a copy of their certificate.
