Very comfortable and the headrest is adjustable. I have one wrapped up in my garage if you want to save a few pounds as its no longer required. Only a year old.

I find the Ridgard RS4's I have in my Alfa very supportive and comfortable. They aren't FIA approved though, I'm not sure you would find many really comfortable FIA seats, not at a reasonable price anyway. Do you really need that, what events do you do?.
Here's a link to Ridgard.

It's a problem getting a comfortable seat for a Healey. It does depend on how tell you are. I'm 6'2'' and find a standard set too high. If your car is a late BJ8 then you'll find that there is a large metal cube covering the radius arm mounting that stops the seat going fully back, this may make the fitting of a special seat difficult. A way to solve most of the problems is to buy a new back plate for the standad seat, get it welded to the seat base frame to make it very rigid. Make a foam cushion to fit into the base without using the standard metal seat swab support, it just sit on the floor. Get the whole lot reupholstered professionally with suitable supports for your back etc.
