Hi,
I have a Austin 7 I need to get from Perthshire in Scotland to London. I was planning to drive it, but its been suggested that you can get it transported for as much as the fuel, accommodation and hassle.

Can anyone recommend anyone.. A Austin 7 is a very small car, it even fits in a transit van..

Thanks,
Will

You could try shiply.com.

Depending on the model of Austin 7 it may fit in the back of a van, my dad used to go racing with his in the back of a Mercedes sprinter.

I can highly recommend Alex Sharp of Lizard Logistics. He's recently transported a car for me at very short notice and did a sterling job; even placing car in garage whilst I was not there. I took recommendations from other PH'ers. He delivered for a very good price and am happy for you to mention Andrew and his green MGB.

Try Abbey Removals in Perth.

They sometimes move stuff either way and might do you a deal 01738 622492.

I'm biased as I'm their Landlord but they may be able to help.

Try Falkirk Car Carriers, www.falkirkcarcarriers.co.uk

They just moved a mate's Stag from Stirling to Derby, they have transporters travelling between Scotland and the south all the time
