My Bilt Hamber stuff arrived today

I only ordered it yesterday at around 11:00, turned up this afternoon, good work bilt hamber despatch fellas!.
1x Dynax UC
1x Dynax S50
1x Korrosil
Total price inc P&P around £45
I realised that one can of Dynax is actually about the same as a decent bottle of plonk these days.
Very impressed with the packing & delivery they even taped the lids on the aerosols, and it came with the "cavity tube" (oo-er missus fnarr fnarr)
I intend to put them to use (with the exception of the Korrosil) over the weekend, the clear for the Impreza wheel arches and the other for areas of the Lancer Turbo engine bay (under the battery tray and along the chassis rails).
I hope to give a report on how it goes next week sometime. If it's half as good as the recommendations then I'm sure I won't be disappointed. Thanks to the PH knowledge base who recommended it a while ago in a thread here.

one or two words of advice :-)
mask off edges of arches to make a clean finish line to the UC stuff, and watch for it spraying over etc. cleans off easy if you get it before it sets and goes off (couple hrs).
wear some throw away paper overalls, mask, safety glasses and a cap lol! it gets everywhere if you are spraying it under the car, it coats you more than the car and i managed to stick my eyelids together lol!
soon cleans off you, but very sticky and tacky, and better to cover up. might be one for a slightly cooler day or evening! have fun, its very satisfying, and if you dont spray too thickly it goes on and sets lovely and clear. it will look slightly yellow if thicker, but does clear off a bit as it dries. good luck!

and for the cavity wax, mask off as many holes as you can as its really fine and very dark as it comes out the nozzle.dont hang about in one spot too long, withdraw the lance nice and steadily and do a couple of passes, it really gets in there.
on a hot day, after a run, you might find some of it has crept out of the cavities etc, and made a mess, but again it cleans off nicely with white spirit.
have done my Sunbeam Lotus fully and also a kit car chassis and its great kit.

Good advice, thanks for the info. It was after seeing the chassis pic of your Lotus Sunbeam here a while back which made me decide to get some and give it a go.
Thanks for the tips, the Impreza will be the first victim as the underseal has come away from the rear inners, so hoping to tackle it this weekend if time allows.

good luck! i had mine up on axle stands making sure i got as much as poss in the chassis first, then cleaned off any overspray before doing the clear underneath. worth turning the lance/nozzle after the first pass so it sprays in different directions inside the chassis. some of mine has come out with the hot weather now, i prob put a bit much in lol! post pics if poss!Good advice, thanks for the info.
