I am having trouble sourcing replacement discs and pads for a 1974 Bentley T1. Can anyone help with information as to where I can obtain the spares or what other alternatives may fit.
Many thanks :-)

Either contact the owners club or take measurements of disc and contact HiSpec Motorsport http://www.hispecbrake.co.uk/. For pads HiSpec may be able to help or contact

EBC http://www.ebcbrakeshop.co.uk/

or Mintex http://mintex.com/

You'll need to call the companies, not use their standard web search. Mintex are able to replace friction material of your choice to nearly any brake pad or shoe. I'm guessing the brakes are the same as the period Rollers so you may have luck searching under RR.

Emma, I seem to remember that the rear pads were the same as a MK2 Granada. Might be wrong, because it's been some time since I did one, but worth checking.

Are they the same as the Bentley Corniche? If they are, my old Mintex book says "MGB583" for the rear pad, and "MGB563(H)" which I presume is the handbrake pad. According to the xref in the book, the main rear pad is only RR and Bentley, and the handbrake pad also fits AC, Aston Martin, Bristol, Jensen, Lamborghini and RR.

It doesn't list the T1 specifically, though.

I have a nice Bentley Mk VI in the workshop right now, all parts from Flying Spares. Nice chaps.
