Well, they really seem to have gone downhill since being acquired by Crapita.

I have used them for 7-8 years, but for the past couple there have been countless errors with renewal documents, adjusting for mods, etc.

This year they are taking the f**king mick totally.

A letter arrived asking me to call to discuss my renewal premium, check details, etc.

I duly called, went through all the of the info, that they already possess, to confirm it is all correct. I am then told that whoever generates their quotations is too busy & will call me back. This was a week and a half ago.

Eventually, ie earlier today, I get around to chasing them up, to find that they had a further question hence could not price. No mention of why this prevented them from calling back, useless c**ts.

I answer their question & am then told that the tit(s??) that provides the quotes is(/are) busy, but they will call me back in a few minutes.

So what happens next, not a f**king thing for three hours until I call them back - their reasoning for not calling with a quote? They had another f**king question for me. So I give them the info that they require, which, surprisingly was already within their possession, & am then informed that someone will call me shortly with a quote, I asked the lady if this was perhaps a joke, given their past performance, but she assured me that I would be contacted within an hour or so. Well, they must have f**king long hours up in Huntingdon as I'm still f**king waiting.

So to summarise: Sureterm Direct - useless bunch of c**ts.

God only knows what s**t I would have to endure in the event of a claim.

I am a little disappointed as, until recently, they had been very good, including sorting out a potentially tricky claim with the minimum of fuss and hassle.

I am surprised you were so patient with them, given all the problems in the past. Most service providers get one chance with me. Be it insurance companies, decoraters, plumbers, you name it. I only ever call once, if they dont call back then its on to the next one.. The intraweb is a wonderful thing

It's the arse-ache of having to go through all of the policy details with another party that gave them the chance to redeem themselves.

I won't be making the same mistake when my MX5 policy is up for renewal next year.

I use rh for my classic fleet and they are great, nothing has ever been a problem, even adding the most obscure unheard of mini based kitcars doesn't phase them.
