I have an Alfa Romeo 2000 GTV which needs to wind its way from Porto, Portugal to Bath over the next week or ten days. I am looking for someone who would enjoy a holiday and the chance to use and enjoy the car to the full.

I supply: 1 x outward bound flight + all fuel
You supply: your time + pay for accommodation

If you are interested then please pm/email me...

Great stuff, good luck finding someone.

I love the 105s, would have offered myself if it wasn't for life getting in the way!

God damn, the temptation to call in sick for a few days is high. Compared to my last cross Europe drive that is a modern car too. Could that be done over one weekend?

I was going to post..."highly unlikely".....not knowing how far it is.

Went to maps and Porto to Calais is "only" 16 hours.

OP doesn't mention who pays the return ferry....confused

You can get that for about £30 so not that bothered, but he could save a bit on fuel and do St Malo-Poole. Also what about if it breaks down.

Does it matter?

I have one of those. Change the spark plugs before setting off as well as the fan belt.

Crying shame, I'm even local to Bath but term-time is a no-go for me, if it could wait until half-term ....

Blimey, wish I had some Holiday left and the time.
I've driven enough miles in 105's to know my way around them too.... mmm...
