Classic car insurance - is there a comparison website?

I'll be putting my 93 Saab 900 classic convertible back on the road soon after a few years in the garage. It will probably do less than 2K miles a year and i'm thinking classic insurance would suit.

As per the title, is there a website that compares the majority of insurers products? Or can anyone recomend some sites to try?

I would suggest avoid any comparison sites when looking for classic car insurance. Ring or check out the websites for a few of the good ones, such as:-

RH Classic Insurance
Adrian Flux
Lancaster
Heritage
Hagerty
etc

Try Henderson Taylor as well. Some he offers will let you accrue a NCB at renewal.

Avoid Sureterm at all costs, no matter what.

use the phone rather than go by what is on their web site as often it can appear they don't want your business for some specific reason when in reality that general condition can often be ignored

don't just go on price look at what you get and ask about options as some can be included at no extra charge (e.g. unlimited mileage) or even lower the premium (e.g. (possibly?) second named driver)

Classicline are great. Always good service and I fail to understand how they can quote such good prices. I check around every year at renewal time but none of the usual suspects can come close.

They've recently changed underwriter too and no longer have a mileage limit.

Are you sure? Im with a different underwriter this year (May 13 - May 14, but the same limits apply.

Finally got time this morning to shop around. I found the 2 cheapest quotes came from RH Classics and Classic line.
