Does anyone have any idea what car this steering wheel is from?
It is approx 14" in diameter, alloy spokes with leather covered rim, the six mounting holes are on a 2.25" diameter circle. It is flat with no dish.
When I bought it I was told they thought it came from an old Lotus......maybe a Lotus Six or a single seater race car but I have not been able to verify that.
Thanks for any help.

I don't know but it looks more after market to me, thick rim more 70s onwards to me

Lotus Six I'd guess would have a large thin rim, thin wheel style spokes

The six holes are for bolting the wheel to a mounting boss, different boss for different cars but as it has no central hole for access to the securing nut or wiring for a horn push, I would suggest its for a special application probably a single seater race car.

good point, many cars don't use a centre horn push such as 7 copies
