Fallen in love with this Porsche 912

It seems a very good price, and I know it will be underpowered compared to a 911 and it is LHD, but it looks amazing - if I had a garage I would be on the phone now.

I could just see myself putt-putting around in it!

Anyone care to comment on this one?

That seems exceptionally cheap for a restored early car in the current market.

It does seem very strange - it comes up as a 911 on Autotrader.

But what sort of fraud would someone be attempting?

May ask you to pay a deposit by bank transfer to "hold" the car before viewing, which of course, he doesn't have.
