My guess is that seeing as the tax ran out at the end of October then it has been sorned for the winter.

Expect it to reappear back on the road at the end of March.....hopefully with some tasteful wheels!

Hopefully it will, it had a holbay H120 engine in it

and yes the wheels were ford ones but they fit well and looked ok.

That's a matter of opinion. Two things I noticed when I saw the photo

1 The 'orrible colour scheme
2 The wrong sort of wheels

I don't know why people try to "jazz up" old cars with modern wheels and paint. It's rather like when I inherited my big brother's old push bike Mum bought me a saddle bag, a bell and a flag to make it look a bit newer. This would be lovely with the correct wheels and midnight blue/sky blue two tone solid paintwork.

Do like the pre-Arrow Rootes cars. Like this & the paint is good. The wheels are 'orrible though.

My 1st car back in 1975 was one of these,cost me £95, blew a big-end and a rod went through the block..... got £15 from scrapper's......BON 69C......RIP!.....wish I had that registration plate now!

the picture doesn't do the colour any justice. if you saw it IRL up close and personal it looked gorgeous. the guy that bought it off me thought the same thing and he was probably 55-60. it's not to everyone's taste i know but at the end of the day it was my car to do with what i wanted. i welcome peoples comments though, whether good or bad

My 1st car in '81 !!
Fuel pump cam rounded off but a 5 quid SU electric pump fixed that
