During a nostalgic reverie yesterday I was watching a couple of episodes of Doomwatch, the BBC series.
I saw this car for a couple of seconds and could not identify it so I thought I would ask on here.

The episode was shot in late 1969 and the car is RHD.
Sorry for rotten quality.

Cant see very well but looks like a Porsche 912

No I'm completely wrong

I thought it might be a Honda S800, which has a similar bonnet hump for the carbs and similar door shape, but that has no roof gutter and has chrome strips along the top of the wings.

I was googling all the obscure manufacturers and never thought about Lotus. I have one in my garage getmecoat

Lotus obscure - we're not talking about a Knobbly Duckworth Panhandler here y'know? As for forgetting that you have one in the garage... tut, tut...

What threw me was what appeared to be a lack of quarterlights but you can just about make them out.
