1950's Morris & Standard Manuals

I was at my fathers today and spotted a box of books that he was trying to get rid of.
In the pile were the 5 items shown below.

Ebay or possibly some owners club website are my original thoughts on selling them.
I'm really looking to see if it is worth bothering, although they do have a certain charm about them - I'm not sure they're worth anything.

1. The Morris Minor Workshop Manual
2. The Morris Minor 1000 Operation Manual (First Edition!)
3. Standard 8 - Service Instruction Manual
4. Leyland Service Manual - Rear Axle (I guess this is for commercials as it's a big book)
5. Pitman's Motorist's Library - The book of the New Standard 8, 10 and Pennant (1948-61)

I apologise if this looks like a thinly veiled advertisement - it really isn't meant to be.
Anyway, here are some pictures:

In my experience as an Autojumbler and as an Ebay seller workshop manuals are not the easiest thing to shift , I usually sell them for whatever I can get for them which is anything between £1 and £5 . The problem with selling them on Ebay is there is usually any number of other people selling the same item and also the cost of the postage , the Morris Minor manual is going to cost at least £5 to post . Stick them on Evilbay as a job lot , £9.99 start price and hope for the best .

I didn't think of Autojumble - that is the natural habitat for these items.
Your advice make perfect sense.

They are so nicely produced it would be a shame to dump them.

i dont think the series 2 morris minor was ever sold in nigeria??

I'm sure one of the many car museums in the country would love those. When my Dad died I donated various items out of his garage to the Lakeland Motor Museum, all sorts of stuff from old oil cans to 1960's Michelin maps of France.

I agree that workshop manuals are difficult to sell, especially for the "run-of-the-mill" cars. I've got a whole load of Talbot manuals from the 1970s that I can't even give away free to a Talbot club!
