Help with Maserati / Alfa washer pump

Gents, I'm just re-plumbing my screen washer on the Maserati and don't know which tube sucks and which blows from the floor mounted washer pump switch as below:-



Does the left go to the washers jets being fed from the bag via the right, or visa versa?

Trying to avoid rigging up a test wire and battery......

If there's no markings on the bottom of the pump body, then I don't think you're going to have a lot of choice but test it - which should take about a minute...
