Very nice, you have cheered up my evening. Do you own all three and what are the stories post Proffesionals?
Oh I wish.
No they are not mine,we are both big fans of the show and always wanted to see one of the cars,I finally tracked one of them down that was in Ireland owned by a club member, they were doing an event soon so that was it, ferry booked (one of the maddest days of our married life),Ireland here we come.
Things snowballed and we were invited to the guys house the day before the show only for him to show us five of the original cars plus all his other capris.Great weekend.

I've got an old edition of Practical/Popular classics featuring the Professionals' Capris. Recognise the VHK number plate.
I remember that. I am sure that's where I read the story about one of the silver ones hitting a rockery by accident in one scene. I've since seen the episode. The car dented its front spoiler and you can see it in various episodes unrepaired. I'm sure the PC article said the car had been restored but the dent retained for posterity.
Is this the case OP?
Sorry don't know about that.Have a look here http://www.mark-1.co.uk/Professionals/profcars.htm for some good reading.Enjoy.
