1920s car ID please

Probably one for the period classics photo thread, but can anyone identify this car on a family picnic? It belonged to a relative in Greater Manchester in about the 1920s. The registration numbers seems to be BU5005.

It is later rather than earlier in the Flatnose Morris run as it is on three stud wheels before the transition to five stud as in the advert

The 3 stud wheels show that this is the cheaper Cowley Flatnose - the Oxford models had 5 stud wheels.

BU is an Oldham issued plate. This series ran from 1903 to 1937, so can't pin point the date, but the area fits!

Yes the owner with the hat actually lived in Shaw, near Oldham.
