Anybody know a out these. One was parked in the yacht club today and only found it was a 500 by the tax disc and it had a smith plaque (original by the looks) inside on dash. Roof was open and a folder in the back with a photo are resto, looked a right mess,we were next to it all day and the owner drove away whilst we were having a wash inside. Very little info online hence me asking.

They were built on a Fiat Topolino chassis fitted with a Siata ohv conversion, by dealers Sydney Smith of Purley, Surrey. About 20 were built in 1938 - sale price £153/10/-.
