Auto Classics on Rolling Road

I'm trying to arrange a shoot-out session for a classic car club, with cars ranging from 1950s to around 2000; some manual, some auto (from 1960s to 2000).
Likely candidates are TAT or Dastek rolling roads. I don't really know what's involved, so please work with me if the phrasing is slightly out! I'm not sure I've been asking the firms the right questions, or for the right results.
The models of car aren't known yet - they could well include MGB/Morris 1300/VW Beetle/70s Citroens (manual or semi-auto)/80s 380SL (auto)/60s Bentley (auto)/2000 Bentley (auto).
We just want torque/hp for information/entertainment - we aren't looking to have ECUs checked or modifications made. 100% accuracy isn't essential.
How long should this take per car? Some firms say around 20mins/car; others say around 40mins/car. Both ends are known and well-regarded on PH.
Some firms have said auto isn't a problem, and haven't elaborated. Others say autos will be a problem - kickdown will need to be disengaged, working out how on a case by case basis; and that if there's a gate between R and N it may not be possible (I think that's the wording of the last issue). The autos will have gates ie buttons on the end of the gearstick.
Will these autos present a problem?
