Does anyone know what this car is? I know what the one in the background is but you can guess that one as well.

Well that bugatti aerolithe was built at the guild of automotive restorers in Bradford, Canada, and it looks like their workshop.

But I can't answer what the other car is frown

You got the other car right and the location. Just got back from two weeks at my in law's who live in Bradford.

Yes..restoration at the Guild of Automove Restorers in Toronto Canada. Was the personal car of Pinin Farina.

I think that this is the actual car that Austin bought so they could look it over prior to building a car for the US market. The result was the A90 Atlantic.
