Do you recognise these courtesy lights?

I have this pair of new courtesy lights, probably 1960's, new, not sure of old stock or later reproductions, they were bought for my Keeble by the previous owner, perhaps 10 years ago, mint condition, stamped W2 inside. Not correct for the Keeble, hence heading for ebay if I can find out what they are fromt.



Any idea what car they might have been fitted to?

Probably just me but they have a late Art Deco appearance so could they be higher end 1930s ?

IIRC they were fitted to a few different cars but were fitted to the fascia rather than headlining fitted courtesy lamps, more top end models I think.

They were also used on Maseratis - my Ghibli SS has one under the bonnet. I think they were interior lights on Khamsins and maybe Kyalamis. About £100 each if NOS. good luck.

They're not the same as the under-bonnet Maserati lights from that era, those don't have a switch or the part chrome cover, and have the fixing screws at the ends as below:-

Yes, and nicely located on the opposite side of the engine bay to the fuses, for added inconvenience

Alfasud Sprint and Audi 90 are two 80's cars I've also seen them on. Don't think they'd been phased out, more costed out!

Range Rover Classic's also had under bonnet lights, not sure about P38's onwards.
