Can you remember what the badge looked like?

No,can't remember any detail but the name is on the rear number plate hence the scribbling over it.

Where have i seen that style of front lights before, they ring a bell.

looks very 'Kustom' in the early 60s US style

lights are relatively common Kustom style mod, rear looks quite 'Sting Ray', wheels look like American Racing 5-spokes

Where the door meets the rear wing seems to remind me of Karmann Ghia for some reason.

No,there's a new one opened in Harnosand.

I Google the name on the rear plate and got nothing on it.

It might be a one off.

That's the one,you need a rear shot for the name.
