Repair/rebuild Pitman arm

My pitman arm is jiggered and the chances of finding a new one are virtually zero. These things are remanufactured in bulk for some applications - but does anyone know a UK specialist who does this kind of stuff - bloke in a shed, small engineering firm? Google hasn't helped me at all.
