I don't know if I'm on a hiding to nothing here.
It's my old mans 70th birthday this December he's had a bit of a crap few years and it would be nice to get him something special rather than the usual pointless presents, he's always been in to cars still owns a 911 and enjoys driving it, he's not the average 70 year old.
I've seen a driving experience day in a replica but it's only a lap or 2 for £130, it's a bit of a rip off for what he would get, I've also seen the much nicer looking jaguar heritage days, but again do worry he will feel pushed through his time slot as if he's on a conveyor belt.
Is there anywhere we can hire one from for the day? He's not going to be interested in going round a track really but a day out somewhere nice and go for a bit of lunch and a relaxing day out would be nice, I won't say money's no object but I would far rather he had a nice day out than something cheap and cheerful.
