CSC show prices, is my maths correct?

Got an email offering a discount on tickets for the Classic and Sports Car Show at Ali Pally.
Now, ticket prices are £23 + £2 fee. So if they're offering 20% off the total, that would be £20. If the offer is 20% off the ticket price of £23, that's £18.40 + £2 fee equals £20.40.
But website states offer price of £22 (£20 ticket price + £2 fee.)
Have I got this wrong somewhere?
