Something like that - those front wings which wrap round without any cutouts for the wheels are much more American than anything else, but the shape looks like it's moulded rather than produced through metalworking.Some sort of kit car ?

Also doesn't seem to have any surface corrosion ( just blown pic up to as large as I could)
Looks like fibreglass creation to me too.
Grille looks familiar.

Likewise, good call, but the headlamps aren't in the wings I'm tempted to suggest something Jag. Mk V related.

It was the leather bonnet straps that made me think it might be Edited to say - now the Mk IV Jag is probably the one!
