Miura wanted for Hire

Dear Forum Friends,

I am looking to hire a Miura for my Fathers 70th birthday. He's an ex-F2 & Cobra racing driver and has had a life long dream of driving the boyhood dream.
Quite frankly, an hour would do given how long my quest has gone on so far, but anything more than that would be also of interest. Would be willing to travel anywhere UK or Europe.....thoughts and suggestions most welcome.....happy to pay.

Have you been in touch with Cheshire Classics in case they know of one? They had a number of them in stock, one of their guys has some interest in them, might know someone suitable.

I thought about doing this for the upcoming Miura 50th anniversary tour.
Not sure anyone will be happy with you and there £1.4m ? baby but you never know as long as its insured I guess its possible.

Have draw a blank with Cheshire Classics...all the cars are customer owned...

Have you tried 'Classic car' Magazine.

They have a monthly feature where an enthusiast gets to drive their 'Dream Classic', this months lucky chap is driving a convertible Daytona for example. Your Dad driving a Miura may be right up their alley.

Amari supercars have one for sale, it could be worth a punt to speak to them and explain what your looking to do for your dad? given his history as a driver and it being his 70th, you never know.

This car is an ex Rod Stewart car, they had it in stock a long while listed at £1.2Million....
