The air scoop has been changed ( tidied ? ) but the suspension and anti-roll bar links look identical.

Excellent, I'd agree with you. The front suspension lower wishbone looks too 'production car' to be a BRM.
I'm unsure about it being Shelsley though.

Yes that's the F2 HWM as modified with a Jaguar engine by Rivers Fletcher in about 1960.
I can't be sure but I think that may be the paddock at Great Auclum but, as that venue was last used in 1974, it's a long time since I was there and memory is a fickle thing!
