Discovered some Witter towbars/brackets for classic cars...
Discussion
My dad has been having a clear out of one his workshops recently, specifically one which has been little more than a storage unit for the last 40 or so years.
He's found three Witter towbars/brackets, still in their original cardboard boxes, and complete with installation instructions (the only reason we were able to ID the cars!), which he was given many many years ago and has kept 'for a rainy day'...
They are to fit the following:
-Vauxhall Viva HC / Magnum / Firenza
-Morris Marina Van / Pickup
-Austin FX4 London Taxi
He suspects there are probably a couple more still in there somewhere too.
Is there much of a market for towbars for classic cars?!
My immediate thought was that anyone who stills has one of the above vehicles is unlikely to be using it as a towing vehicle!

Definitely. Shove 'em on eBay.Squirrelofwoe said:

Camping trailers and the like. For the taxi, wouldn't surprise me if there were people using 'em as promo vehicles, towing a bigger box trailer.

Yep will get them stuck on Ebay once we've checked if there are any more there.
