Another mystery car
Discussion
From seeing all the other posts and how quickly mystery cars are identified I now have one of my own to try and figure out.
Can anyone identify what car this is?
It was owned by my day in the very early 60's and from what I remember it was a Ford based special although I might have this wrong.
Any help in identifying it would be appreciated.

This might help,
Looks very much like a Ford Falcon by Falcon Shells Ltd. Possibly based on a 1939 Ford chassis. Ktcmc were selling a very similar one in dark blue a few years ago (August 2014 Classic and Sports Car p216)
Background on Falcon here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Falcon_Shells
Looks like a 'competition' version but the only pic I have is of a MKII with hidden door hinges, the doors fold in half on the MKII but these were often kit built so no two are the same.
