I have been looking around and found some people that say it will melt your engine from the inside and other that say it’s very good and they will never go back.
Under my desk at work I have 10L that will be in my Hunter by the end of the weekend. From there I will report what I find and feed back here. Try and find the truths about it :-)

That stuff is all very well, but if/when you need to top up you have to use 4life and not water, otherwise you've defeated the object. So you need to carry it around with you.
I used it in my TR6, until I had to change the rad. Saw no difference.
After that couldn't be bothered. I have a full gallon/whatever in my garage, for sale free.

Unless your engine currently runs hot, in which case it will run even hotter.

I've used 4-LIFE it in various classics and modern cars for the last 20+ years and it's in my current Midget.
The point is that if you have any weak areas in the coolant/heating system then 4-LIFE will find them but hopefully highlight the source which I think is a good thing on system that is in general good condition.
On my Midget I twice replaced a heater tap gasket which weeped so the third gasket I added a little 'Hylotyte Red 100', end of weep.
4-LIFE is in my mate's Toyota Supra from factory and that was 20 years ago and it's certainly not been changed in the 10 years he's had the car so is possibly 20 years old. I was talking with someone I know from MGOC Spares and he told me the Toyota stuff was blue not red (I don't know as I've only seen the bonnet lifted a couple of times on the Supra (well it is Japanese).
I can assure you that if you really need to you can add just water but obviously that will dilute the 4-LIFE.
Photo below not only shows a nice W11 but also where I had 4-LIFE as a factory fill on my 1998 factory built (RV8 engine) car, note the expansion tank -
