hi
Can someone post an image of a Charles Follet number plate clearly showing the dealer logo circa 1980. I want to replicate the plates the car would have had originally. Ive searched the internet but cant find anything

Thanks

Sorry, can't do as late as that but could provide a photo of the 1938 dashboard badge!

Have you tried asking on a Jensen forum? - Charles Follett was a major Jensen dealer and I should think quite a few survive with their original registration plates.

And I should think that very few survive (if any) with their original plates. Indeed, I've never seen one.

Windscreen stickers and door sill kick plates will survive however, but as they are all pre-1976, I don't know if that would be any help in looking for a 1980s Follett logo.

Seeing as '80s dealer plates for Charles Follett are so thin on the ground (do any survive, I wonder?), you might get away with making "homage" plates, taking inspiration from bits and pieces you find on the internet. Such as...

... And the tax disc holder image previously posted above.

Here's my 1938 Follett plate - a different era of course but the same address and phone number!

Re Follets, an ex pal exchanged this circa 1981 Martini 911 Turbo, for a new 928S4 in circa 86/87 @ Follets, does anyone remember it ??
It seems to have disapeared.
