I think it looks more like a Marcos then an E-Type.
I agree... I thought the same thing. Looking at the advert, there are a couple of questions that spring to mind:
"V12 E-Type centre tub carrying almost a twr group c spec engine and running gear.":
What is almost twr group c spec engine and running gear?
And:
"Ear wing …. ex jaguar silk cut le mans xjr9 made from carbon fibre.":
What is an Ear wing?

Is this Malcolm Hamilton's E type ? if so, I raced against that in the intermarque series back in the late 80's it was not that "modified" back then, but still dam quick, never really saw it in the dry, could just about hang on in the wet though!
One and the same, it was quite badly damaged some years ago and eventually sold by Rob Beere. If it's the same owner now he's done a good job of rebuilding it, I seem to remember him offering it for sale a few years ago but it was too expensive (for me) back then, still not sure it's worth the estimated price now but then anything is only worth what someone is willing to pay.4rephill said:

Er, I'm not sure if you were joking or not or making a point about the punctuation?
If no the answer is that TWR ran the Jaguar Group C sports racing cars back in the late '80s and early '90s. Some of those were powered by a derivative of the Jaguar V12. So the ad is suggesting that the spec for the E type's engine is similar to that of the TWR cars.
If you were joking then apologies!
