Car storage in West Midlands

Wife's new job means we are relocating in the Summer with limited drive and garage space in the new house so the 968 CS will need to go into storage.
We will be based in the Black Country (Tipton) so ideally need somewhere not a million miles away.

Anybody got any recommendations, I want somewhere that will turn the engine over and check the fluids etc on a periodic basis, not just a storage unit.

Any thoughts/ideas welcome.
