Classic car finance with a balloon payment.

There I was idly surfing the web looking at silly old cars, happened across a dealers website with a link to a finance company. I was unaware that you could have classic car finance with a balloon payment, I guess the dealer underwrites the value at the end of the term?

I think I the "balloon" is not a GFV and has to be paid irispective of the value of the car!
There is no hand back facility.
