Well, what is it?

Looks sort of Rochdale but not. I found it just now going through hundred of pics of mine.

Not old, I took it in 2011 in haste thinking it was a Rochdale. Location abroad, you guess!

Looks like a SAAB 92 but probably isn't.

What country ,might not be significant ?

After checking images ,rear arch is wrong shape but that car may have been changed .

Is it Cuba ?.....never been there but I know they have a big DIY make do on old cars.

Cuba used to have a lot of USA cars, then after they went communist, trade embargos left them high and dry, hence the retention of old US cars. The embargo is relaxed by current Cuban government (Remember the Obama and Raul Castro handshake?)
