Looks a little bit Maserati like from the mangled grille shape.

I think that is a Studebaker from the early 50's, either a Champion or a Starlight. the centre of the bullet nose has been pushed in in the crash but the circular cut out for it in the centre of the bonnet is visible.

Yes, looks like a Champion. Vents in the front wings, grill shape seem to match.
