Help identify 1960s era sports car!

Does anyone know what type of car this is? Found the photograph amongst hold family photos and can’t for the life of me figure it out!

I had one of them as well, mine had the Ford side valve engine, 3 speed gear box and rod operated brakes! Looks like that one junked the vacuum wipers and hung some electric ones from the top. I wonder what was hidden under the bonnet scoop?

Don't start that one going again! I think we all have come to the conclusion that we'll never know what that one is. But on the subject of the Rochdales, from memory a load used the old 1172 side valve engine because it was available and cheap. I'm away for a bit but I'll go through my Autocars from the period for more info when I can.
