Great photo.

Lancia defo the maddest of the mad carmakers.

Sold for ~£650k in 2011, perhaps would fetch £1-3m today in 2018.

I love it how EVERYONE is staring at it! The kid on the bike, the little girl in the yellow hat, the lady with the white bag. Even the suits with the violin cases in the Merc, (surely on their way to put someone in the foundations of the flyover....)

Yes I saw a zero concept built by Andy Saunders IIRC. It was in Covent Garden at the Lancia display.
I believe it was built around a shell made for A Michael Jackson video
It didn't have a fulvia motor. I think x19 or beta but can't recall for sure
It was sold at auction subsequently
Fantastic to see
