Seat Ibiza 1.2 12v brake issues

Hi I have an issue with my brakes. They work well but when I press the pedal it snatches.
It feels as if i am left foot braking.
The brakes are due an overall it's 2004 and I will be replacing them because the rear drums are rusty and so is the ends of the discs.
I looked up on a thread on here from a while ago and they mention it may have been VAG

Well last week I drove a holda civic with BINDING rear disc and that felt the same.
Ibiza suffer from brake bind or does the Honda civic 2001 1.6 executive have VAG also?
My guess is brake bind.
As I mentiond I will be overhauling the braking system of this ibiza, I am hoping I won't need to change the front calipers just the discs as its recently had new pads but I want to replace as much of the rear braking system as possible,
Could anyone tell me what components/parts/bits I need to purchase to successfully overall the rear brakes please?
