Prescott this weekend?
Discussion
You know that you can't camp at Prescot as a spectator?
I'm thinking of going on the Sat' however I would normally go for the Long Course in September. The August weekend is the only non members event of the year; unless they decide to sell tickets on the gate to all comers.
I don't see the logic to it, who is going to pay 80 to join without owning a vintage car? They must be losing money.

Your mistaken. We're not members, don't have a vintage car and not competing, we just go to spectate, arrive Friday, camp, head home Sunday, we've been going like this for years.I'm thinking of going on the Sat' however I would normally go for the Long Course in September. As of this year, you can pre-pay for camping when you book tickets too.
I saw your Lagonda at Cadwell Park the other week.

CheersYes my wife promised her father she would use the car if he gave it to her and she seems pretty committed having joined vscc this year and attending all events she can.
Thanks for the Prescott link. Looks very well attended by competitors and spectators. Planning to motor over on Saturday and stay nearby for early Sunday arrival.
I have enjoyed this thread, my father use to take me out of prep school on a Sunday to go and watch the racing on the hill and when I first had Elise I did the driving school up the hill to fulfil a childhood dream.
Don't have an appropriate car to compete in at present and as we are at Gatcombe this weekend cant come and spectate.
Love the Lagonda, a pre war is on my Dear Santa list.
