Help with ID pls - Extravagant Spare Wheel Cover

Hi All,
This should be easy but It's beaten me.
Can someone please tell me what this car is with it's wonderfully nipple-like wheel cover?

First guess would be Ford Pilot. Neighbour had one in the 50s & I vaguely remember that his had the 'nipple' part in chrome plate.
