I have just bought a Jaguar engined space frame car (No bodywork) built by Ken Heap in the late 60s.
Im looking for as much info as possible and would love to contact Mr Heap (worked on the XJ220 and at Lotus)
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Fastastic looking car, I was trying to contact the seller to try and purchase it.

It will be a very interesting project, please keep us posted with progress and any information you find.

Good Luck with it and please let me know if you ever want to sell it in the future.

Hi
Who are you?
Its going to be a big and long project but I need more info on the car and want to get FIA papers. If I can it could be a good investment. If not I'll have fun and should get my money back. P T iblem is I'm now kicking myself for selling my XJ220 for peanuts many years ago so this is a kind of replacement!
But I may well sell it at some point but let me have you'd contact details.
Cheers
Simon

Is this the one that was up for sale on eBay a while ago that included designs for a body? Great buy by the way, I look forward to seeing/hearing more about it and would love to add my name to the 'potential buyers' list thumbup

Hi Simon,

I'm a very keen Jaguar enthusiast, particular interested in Jaguar completion cars that ran or could have run at Le Mans.

I'd never seen or herd anything of your car prior to it being advertised for sale, unfortunately I don't have anymore details for you other than a magazine snippet that was mentioned in the ad.

I glad it's gone to someone who is obviously very capable of tackling big projects looking at your multi engine bike and a interest in Jaguars having owned an XJ220.

Good luck again with the project, it will be fantastic to see and hear it running, please let me know if I can be of any help, I would love to be involved with the build in some way or other or just to see the car in the flesh.

If you ever decide to part with it, it would sit well in my collection.

Please keep us updated with any progress or info

Cheers
David

p.s I tried to PM you with my contact details but your PH account doesn't seem to accept emails at present.
