Help needed to ID this please

HI All,
Can anyone tell me what this is? I thought when I saw those rear lights it was a Borgward but I cannot find anything to support this. Now I'm thinking the body looks like a Vauxhall but I cannot find one with those lights. Confused.

I think you're right! Maybe a Coronet . I can't find a pic of one with exactly the same handle beneath the number plate, but they did have something similar beneath it. I wasn't thinking American. This photo was taken in France. Maybe they changed the handle for the French market. The American handle incorporated a reversing light and two reflectors.
