New Magazine on the block
Discussion
To my great pleasure and surprise I opened the letter box today to find an unexpected package therein. Puzzled, I opened it to find inside the 1st edition of a new magazine called Magneto, so turned straight away to the editorial page to find some well-known names therein, including David Lillywhite who was formely editor of Octane when it launched. This first edition contains, amongst other interesting articles, an excellent article on the 100 years of Zagato, and if you are a Lotus fan the Team Lotus article contains some brilliant photos. It is to be a quarterly magazine,so should be able to sort the froth frome the beer so to speak, and I for one am taking up a subscription, something I haven't done since some years back. Most of us, judging from recent threads, feel the same and find that we read a couple of articles of interest and then the magazine just gathers dust. I hasten to add that I had no idea this was coming, and the usual caveat applies. I have no connection whatsoever with the magazine.
