Mercedes 500SEC sunroof

Do any of the clever people on here know anything about these beasts? I need a new sunroof cartridge apparently and they are almost impossible to find. I read somewhere that the C140 coupe sunroof is compatible and I wondered if any Merc experts on here had the knowledge
