It's an early pre '75 facelift 12 with chrome wing mirrors and before indicators moved to the bumper.

konark is correct - it's the Wolseley version (15/60 or 16/60 depending on year). Only the Wolseley version of the Farina-B had the two-tone paint in that scheme with the zig-zag line on the front wing. The Riley had a chrome cheat-line on the waist with a simple top/bottom colour split, as did the later MkIV MG Magnettes.
