Help with engine parts

At the moment I'm in the process of sorting out my late father's garage which is chock of full of stuff and I've come across a few car parts which I don't know are still of any use.

I'm not very engine knowledgeable so just wondering if anyone can identify these (I'm pretty sure you can):

It says on "Weber", so I presume they're part of a carburettor. They are likely off a Ford (possible a Pinto) as my dad had a Pinto engine originally on his E-Type kit car before it was swapped for an Essex V6; they could be from the Essex but I don't know why they were left laying around in the garage. Or they could've come off a Tiger kit car which also originally had a Pinto before being changed to a Duratec.





I've no idea what the plastic part is from below, but I don't think it's from a kit car or classic.



Anyone know if these are worth anything?

Manifold and carb do look like they might be off a Pinto, air cleaner looks more like a Ford cross-flow type....?

I wouldn't think there's much if any, value in either tbh.

I think it's likely that the parts would've come off a Reliant Scimitar with an Essex V6.

I don't know why people sell parts like this (ones that have been taken off a scrapped car) on ebay when they're not worth much. Ebay is getting ridiculous for stuff like that.

Looks to be either Crossflow or Pinto as it is off a straight four - essex V6 manifold sits in the vee and is totally different ...

Carb looks to be a twin choke downdraft and should have a number on it ...

I really can't be sure what car they came off as my dad owned quite a few classics over the years.

He owned 3 Scimitar GTE's in total, the first a 5a (an Essex V6) which was sold overseas a long time ago, so unlikely to be from that, unless the car when he bought it came with a few engine parts thrown in - kinda unlikely I would imagine.

The next was a 6a which ended up being scrapped about 10 years ago; the Essex V6 engine was taken out and put in an E-Type kit car (the E-Type originally had a Pinto that started leaking oil and was subsequently removed and dumped in the garden, and is still there now lol), so could be from either the Pinto or Essex, but if from the Essex I don't know why the carb, manifold and air cleaner would've been removed and kept in the garage when it would've been needed on the engine.

The last Scimitar was an SE6b and had a completely different engine (a Cologne) so it's not from that.

I had a local mechanic come and look at the parts today, and he said they looked like they were for an Essex V6. It's possible these are old parts that were replaced with newer ones. I know that he did have a lot of issues with the manifold on the E-Type.

I must have thrown away over a dozen over the years....
Mind you, that's probably why they are £150...

They won't be rushing at that price, but I expect it will sell. You won't get more power than that out of a N/A Essex V6 and if that's the engine you are stuck with for some reason...

Carb looks like a Weber 32/36 DGAV (the type will be embossed on the short edge of the mounting flange - check both sides).

The manifold and air filter looks to be from a Pinto engine.

The X-Flow manifold is far more compact, so I don't think it's from a X-Flow.

If they are Ford parts then somewhere there will be a part number embossed with the format XXXX-XXXXX-XX. If you can find it that may be a help with true identification.

The numbers I could find on the parts were:

66315 0438/62 47BW
68292

Couldn't see any number on the air cleaner though.
