Agreed on fist on first look the Jowett did not have an external boot.

Nerdherder was correct. I just ;looked it up. It was available as a 2-seat roadster (65 built) or as a 2/3-seat DHC (54 built). This is the roadster. Appears to have a tonneau cover for rainy days.
