Hirschmann electric aerial

I have a Hirschmann electric aerial dating from about 1967 . Can anyone tell me how to wire the three pins on this connector ?

Thank you John .That`s a much later aerial and does not have the same plug.
Usually do a search before I ask but could not find anything relevent

The 3 pins should be ; Earth, Permanent live and Switched live,the last one usually comes from the radio.

On my car, these wires are coloured ; Brown,Red and White.

If you want a plug, I can't help, but I thought that diagram was most helpful! With only three connectors, there are only six total possible connections, and a moment with a multimeter will tell you which is the aerial connector. That leaves only two, and a flying lead from the battery will show which is the one to raise it that needs to be sitched from the radio. Job done!

Actually, that may not be the case. A lot of the early electric aerials were powered both up AND down manually, using a two way momentary switch on the dash. It's quite possible that your three wires are 1.earth, 2.power up, 3. power down. It's a matter of a few moments with a battery and some flying leads to check, I suspect.
Essentially, energising one of the wires makes the motor spin clockwise until you de-power it, energising the other makes it spin anti-clockwise until de-powered. The other forms the earth.

Just for the record
LH pin -12v RH pin +12v Center pin ariel extends with +12V and retracts when +12v removed.
