Just watching catch up and homed in on 2 episodes, the Triumph GT6 and Citroen DS. Can’t imagine the amount of man hours spent on these, far in exceeds their worth. It would be interesting to be told the number of man hours spent. A couple of specific thoughts, it was sad to read that the GT6 owner died shortly after the episode was completed, (he was 10 Years younger than me). Secondly the jokey bits with Tim and suppliers, obviously pre- scripted, (eg. David Manners) are getting tiresome and unnecessary. A few hundred pounds saving on a real world build cost in excess of £25,000, doesn’t add value to the programme. I would rather learn more about the re-build. Also, too much time spent on explaining the hydraulic system on the DS. Otherwise great to see these cars back on the road.
